Mr. Schmitz received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1992, and is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Wisconsin.After gaining several years of important litigation experience, he became the manager and underwriting attorney for a major international title insurance underwriter in the Tampa Bay area.Since 1995, he has focused his legal practice to concentrate on all matters concerning real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.He has extensive experience in all facets of residential and commercial transactions and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Tampa Connection, a Tampa-based not for profit agency.
