Mrs. Lorna D. Schmidt became the Director of Practical Nursing Program at Rochester Technical College (Formerly Riverland Technical College) in the year 1987.

She had been a member of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing: Bias Sensitivity Review Panel for NCLEX board exam. Her expertise in the field of nursing especially in PN makes us very proud to have her as our consultant for the PN-Program.

During the visit of Ma'am Lorna in our institution, a lot of ideas were shared with us. She was so generous that she shared with us how to make a syllabi and how to develop tests.
