Lori Schmidt, RN, BSN, CRRN, CCM, Director of Nursing
    ...
After receiving her BSN degree and RN license, she gained direct patient care and managerial experience in critical care nursing, pediatrics and cardiology. In 1998, she began focusing on rehabilitation nursing, specifically with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Lori's responsibilities included outcome care planning via FIM scores, and coordination of diagnostics, treatments and services with the multi-disciplinary team. Her nursing practice includes in-patient direct care, staff management, and systems management of utilization review, admission assessments and discharge planning. CRRN and CCM certifications enhance her experience with in-patient and out-patient care planning working across the continuum of care.

Along with maintaining her own case load, Lori directs the certified, professional nurse case managers at IndeQuest.
