Jeff Schilling of Creative Works worked with MTV's resident artists to design a playing field for the show that could be created from readily available materials and other props from previous episodes while still maintaining a challenging and fair game."We were presented with a unique challenge that we had to solve within days of when the filming would begin," says Schilling.Several buildings were identified and scouted out until one was chosen off the coastline of Jamaica in an old shipping warehouse that was being used as storage for boats and equipment.Over 20,000 square feet of space had to be divided off, wired, lighted, themed and ready for filming within 3 days after securing the space."It was an incredibly fast-paced 72 hours but we were committed to bringing it together to meet our deadline."With the help of local workers, Schilling's team assembled, painted, and installed the playing field for the show.
    ...
"The temperature in the warehouse reached around 105 degrees during the mid-day shoot of the episode, and with the windows shut to control the interior lighting, it was like being in a sauna while running on a treadmill," recalls Schilling.
