Saxena is the Principal of Tolani Maritime Institute branch located at Induri, Talegaon.Completed M.Sc. in Shipping Management from World Maritime University, Malmo Sweden.He received Chief Engineer's Certificate from Ministry of Surface Transport.He is also Member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London, International Center for Alternate Dispute Resolution, New Delhi, Loss Prevention Association, Mumbai, Lions Club of Poona, Kirkee and Fellow of Institute of Marine Engineers (India).He is re-elected from Marine Engineering Division.

Dr SR ChandakDr. SR Chandak, is working as an Advisor (Human Resources ) with Bharat Forge Ltd Pune.He retired as Vice President (Human Resources and Admin.) from Bharat Forge Ltd.In December 2001.He was Chairman of ISTD Pune Chapter for the year 1980 - 81.He was member of Board of Technical Exams, MS from 1986 to 1989.He was member of Governing Body, Govt. Polytechnic, Pune and Chairman of Courses Committee of GPP.He is active member of various social organisations.Attended International Convention on Quality Circles in Tokyo.Also visited Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore top study Quality Circles Programmes.He is re-elected from Production Engineering Division
