Savoie as Program Manager of its National Security Sector.In this role, Savoie will support the delivery and development of Apptis' growing business within the United States Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security.With over 27 years of management experience in field operations and implementation of information technology for the Coast Guard, Savoie will leverage his deep domain knowledge to provide better value for these key accounts.

Prior to Ken's retirement in August, 2006 from the United States Coast Guard, he held the rank of Captain, and served as the commanding officer of the Coast Guard's operations center in Martinsburg, West Virginia.In this role, he managed a $49 million budget with a staff of more than 430 consisting of military, federal civilian and contractor personnel.He led the development, upgrade, operations and help desk support for over 40 enterprise-level information systems for the Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security.Previously, Ken served as chief, Coast Guard office of logistics information for the Coast Guard where he managed a staff of 30+ and directed the development and support efforts for a $42 million inventory logistic system.
