Lori Sarner Smith is the Vice President & General Counsel of Eureka Realty Partners, Inc., a California corporation doing business as Craig Realty Group, a factory outlet shopping center development firm based in Orange County, California and is a partner of several affiliated partnerships.
Ms. Smith joined Craig Realty Group in April 2003 in her current position, after serving as outside counsel for Craig Realty Group and Steven L. Craig for over 18 years.

As General Counsel, Ms. Smith is responsible for all legal matters pertaining to Craig Realty Group's portfolio of properties, including legal aspects of acquisitions, sales, financing, lease documentation, entity formation and governance, operations, construction, employment and litigation management.
As Vice-President, Ms. Smith oversees the Lease Administration Department and the Human Resources Department, and is responsible for a number of administration and management matters.
She works closely with Steven L. Craig, President and Managing Partner of Craig Realty Group, in matters affecting the company.
Before joining Craig Realty Group, Ms. Smith was a partner with the Orange County law firm of Rutan & Tucker.
She has almost 25 years experience as a transactional real estate attorney, with a diverse background in various real estate matters and an emphasis on acquisitions and sales, financing, hospitality legal issues, and bankruptcy.
Ms. Smith is active with CREW-OC (Commercial Real Estate Women, Orange County Chapter), serving as 2008 and 2009 Secretary, 2005-06 CREW Careers and College Outreach Co-Chair, 2005 President and 2002-04 Program Chair.
She also is involved in various volunteer activities with her three daughters.
Ms. Smith received her J.D. in 1984 from the University of California - Davis, completed part of her undergraduate work at the University of Delaware and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1981 from Portland State University, Oregon.
