Yazan M SaoudiYazan M. Saoudi is a Jordanian national graduated from Jordan University with a degree in law in 1992.After graduation he joined Arthur Anderson in Jordan as a legal advisor until 1997.He Then joined Al Tamimi & Company, Dubai Office in November1997.Yazan advises a number of local and international companies in shipping, trade and insurance law.He has spoken at events such as the "Middle East Ship Repair and Conversion Conference" and at several local seminars on shipping, trade and insurance.He will be speaking at the Lloyds Maritime Training programme "The Ship Arrest Seminar" about arresting vessels in the U.A.E. Yazan is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association.

Prior to that, the two panels of the second (final) day of the conference were held: the morning panel was chaired by Mr. Hussein Al Jaziri, Partner, Jaafar Alwan, Al Jaziri & Associates while four speakers delivered their presentations: Mr. Christopher Mills, Partner- Clyde & Co., spoke on the mediation of maritime and International trade disputes, Mr. Yazan Saoudi, Partner- Al Tamimi & Co., spoke on "Claims for cargo damage", Madhu.
