RISMEDIA, May 27-John Santos has joined ReloAction as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager.
He will implement and maintain ReloAction's quality improvement program.The program will employ Six Sigma methodology to ensure that operational performance, practices and systems are measured, reworked and improved, to ultimately reduce variability in service delivery, reduce costs and minimize customer dissatisfaction, the company reports.
