   Hector R. Gonzalez Santoni, General Manager, joins Latin American Communications, Inc., contributing over 15 years of Telecommunications Experience to the team, including both domestic and international assignments. His expertise in the field includes industry leaders, as are CellularOne (Cingular Puerto Rico), Lucent Technologies, Centennial de Puerto Rico and Centennial Digital Jamaica. He held professional positions as RF Engineering Manager, Sales Manager, Project Manager and Vice-president of Engineering and Project Management.
   
   From 1984 to 1991, he served in the United States Army and United States Air Force. He was trained as a Tactical Microwave Systems and Ground Radio Communications Specialist. In 1990, he was assigned to the Electronic Security Command, Republic of South Korea. During his career, he received nine military distinctions to include the United States Air Force Achievement and the National Defense Service Medals.
   
   In 1989, he passed the examinations for the Federal Communications Commission General License and Ship Radar Endorsement, License No: PG-10-25364. He was awarded the title certificate of Master in Communications Technology by the Board of National Radio Examiners from Dallas Texas and the Federal Communications Commission.
   
   His educational background include a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science from Regents College (Albany, New York), various courses from The University of Wisconsin, George Washington University, and Thomas Edison State College. Currently, he is pursuing the MBA Degree/e-Business from University of Phoenix, Puerto Rico Campus.
