Ms. Santini is responsible for marketing and business development, and office management of Huntington Financial Services Corporation.In addition, she provides development and due diligence services for the real estate development projects for Huntington Hotel Group and benefits management for the management division.

Prior to joining Huntington, Ms. Santini was co-owner of Real Estate Rx Advisory Services, a restaurant, retail, and entertainment development/consulting firm in Dallas.Serving the prior ten years as property manager for a number of restaurants, clubs and retail establishments, and providing management for commercial and residential development projects, she has developed a broad spectrum of expertise in the real estate field.

Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Ms. Santini served as Assistant Financial Officer of St. John's Hospital, a 650 bed acute care and 120 long-term care/hospice hospital.St. John's is a premier heart center and trauma center in the Midwest.Her responsibilities included rate setting, budgeting, cash investments, check review/signing and cash management.She was instrumental in writing and obtaining RFPs, and converting St. John's to its first computer system.Ms. Santini assisted in establishing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.She attained her certification in Healthcare Financial Management.
