Prior to her promotion, Ms. Santiago, an Elmwood Park resident, was a Customer Service Representative at Lakeland Bank's Hackensack office.She has held various positions at numerous banks in New Jersey, most recently with Community State Bank, which was acquired by Lakeland Bank last year.
