Carlos Santiago joined ISI in November 2000, dedicated to servicing the customer service needs of ISI customers throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.Prior to ISI, he worked for over eight years providing customer service and support in the United States and throughout Latin America for a major book distributor to academic and research libraries.
