Mary Santhiapillai brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and mortgage brokerage skills to CENTUM Advance Realty Inc.Coming from a strong background in accounting, Mary started her impressive career with a major retail store in 1994, and after two years joined TD Bank, establishing herself as a professional investment advisor.Within two years she was invited to join the Franklin Templeton firm, and two years later turned to the real estate industry as chief accountant for a major real estate firm.Mary continued to develop her skills, acquiring her agent's license, and began selling real estate.Mary's interest then shifted to mortgage brokering and, taking a leap of faith, she followed her dream, acquired her mortgage broker licence and, with the strong support from her husband, founded CENTUM Advance Realty Inc.
