Lucrecia Santano is a seasoned conference planner and logistical coordinator with twelve years of experience working with international organizations, domestically and in Latin America.Ms. Santano has been involved in all aspects of logistics such as budget management and database administration, making travel arrangements, pre-registration activities, organization of welcoming committees, site selection, hotel negotiations, registration services and other aspects of the hospitality industry for conferences, workshops, and social and business activities.She formed part of the Invitation's Committee for the Annual Meetings (World Bank and International Monetary Fund) for two consecutive years.Ms. Santano, a native Spanish speaker, held the position of Contract Administrator for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, where she managed and supervised the Federal Government Services Group, which included the organization of conferences and meetings, client billing, monthly allowance payments to the overseas personnel, vendor payments and various internal accounting procedures.She was responsible for the logistics concerning the staff stationed overseas, and the consultants coming from outside the United States.
