Rick Sanchez, Vice President and Head Coach, 13U Coach Rick has over 13+ years of coaching experience. Rick was a standout Varsity and all County player at North Bergen High School and a four year starter and standout player at Rutgers University. He was invited to participate in the USA Baseball Olympic trials as well as numerous professional tryouts and experienced professional coaching through the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He finished his playing days with the Otto Mack Anchors of the former Eastern States Baseball League. Coach Rick has Coached at all levels in youth baseball from T-ball to College. He was a two year Assistant Coach at Rutgers University, has coached back-to-back District champions in Hasbrouck Heights and has managed the High School level Moonachie Braves to back-to-back Fall and Summer Cerbo elite level championships. Coach Rick has also coached teams in the Garden State Baseball League, PBI , Cerbo Baseball League, Sports at the Beach, Elite Championship Tournament Baseball and Cooperstown Dreamspark. Coach Rick is an accomplished hitting instructor and has trained under Dave Hudgens, former professional hitting instructor for the Oakland A's.
