Jamie Samford, Corporate Chef for Winn Meat Company, along with support from the Milestone Culinary Arts team, and using fine ingredients from Sterling Silver ® Premium Meats and Market Street, prepared the January 16 reception's food in honor of the SAVOR DALLAS International Grand Tasting participants.Also to celebrate the chefs, Samford will co-host the popular Texas Outlaws after-party on March 10 at the Hilton Anatole.
