He has done his M.B.A in Finance in 1997 from Berhampur University of Orissa.He has over 5 years experience in management teaching, research and consultancy in leading organizations of the country.

He has worked as 'Research Associate' on various research and consultancy projects at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), Gujarat.

He has worked as a Management Consultant at Dalal Mott McDonalds India Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat.He was involved in in more than 15 management consultancy and research projects on diversified subjects involving multidisciplinary skills.

He has also worked as a Faculty Memeber and Course Coordinator at Ghadhi Institute of Management Studies, Gunupur, Orissa.He has taken the subjects like Financial Management, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, International Finance, Business Policy & Strategy and Project Management.
