Jim graduated from Greenon High School, and the Springfield School of Business, and attended Wittenberg University. Jim worked at Antioch University for 32 years as Director of Human Resources, most recently retiring after 10 years from the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati as Director of Human Resources. He was a charter member of the Ohio Chapter of CUPA, (College and University Professional Association), serving 77 different Ohio institutions. Jim was active in his Church, Mary Help of Christians, Fairborn assisting as Eucharistic Minister for several years.
