   Kevin Rutledge has more than 15 years' experience in the utilities industry and is an expert in developing strategy and shareholder value for utilities. He has helped clients, including Scottish and Southern Energy, London Electricity, Anglian Water and ESB (Ireland), address strategic planning and regulatory issues as well as business transformation and process re-engineering. Rutledge joins AMS from AT Kearney, where he was responsible for co-ordinating the firm's services to utilities in the UK and Nordic region. He was previously a founder of Arthur Andersen's utilities consulting practice in the UK.
