   Mr. Rutherford recently joined Intelcan as CEO and has been in the Commercial and Defence Aerospace industry for over 25 years. He has extensive Air Traffic Management experiences and was President and CEO of Adacel Inc.. Prior to that he was VP Business Development and VP Engineering at CAE Electronics with responsibility for all Simulation, Avionics and Control System products. Mr. Rutherford has significant experience in international business and acquisitions in addition to his Masters and Bachelors degrees in Engineering from the Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
