Jeanne Rutgers

Jeanne Rutgers is a reading therapist in Denver, Colorado.She works with children in grades 3-8 and specializes in students with dyslexia.She is a member of the International Reading Association, and the International Dyslexia Association.She has a masters in clinical psychology, a certification in Wilson Language Therapy, and Step up to Writing.

Before focusing on reading, Jeanne was a middle school counselor.She feels confident that after you have taught middle school sex education, you can do anything.

She loves reading young adult books, and is excited to share her favorites with her readers.

In addition to reading, she enjoys playing tennis with her husband, walking her dogs, and attempting to play golf.
