   Volker Rust Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer Volker Rust , age 54 , became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August 2001. He has also served as a director of Lucky 7 Interactive Corporation , a subsidiary of the Company , since October 1982 and as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of L7 Interactive since June 1984. Mr. Rust has served Strumhaus Creative in various other capacities , including Vice President of Finance from October 1984 to October 1985 , President from October 1985 to June 1986 and Chief Financial Officer , Secretary and Treasurer from October 1984 to June 1986. Mr. Rust has served as an officer and director of the Company's other subsidiaries since their inception or acquisition by the Company. Since 1991 , Mr. Rust has been a partner in The Pegana Group , where he has been involved in numerous business ventures and has served in various financial and operating capacities. TPG is a private investment and management company which invests through affiliates primarily in media and entertainment companies.
