Pastor Ted Rust graduated from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in 1980.He was ordained into the Christian Ministry at St. John Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor ,Ohio.On May 25, 1999 he graduated from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry Degree.His Thesis Title was "The Harvest is Plentiful" (Luke 10:2) which included a program for recruiting new volunteers for vital parish ministries.
