   Sal Russo, who teaches chemistry at Western Washington University, said it would be great if the university builds some waterfront facilities as the futures group suggests. But he said a proposed tramway along Pine Street, linking the hypothetical waterfront buildings to the main campus up the hill, would be ugly.
