Victor Russell, Senior Research Director; : Vic specializes in survey design and quantitative analysis, including regression models, population segmentation and other multivariate analyses.He has managed research projects and acted as research consultant for a variety of industries, including energy, consumer goods, travel and finance.Vic has master's degrees in Experimental Psychology from Queens College of the City University of New York, and in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California at Berkeley.For several years he has been an independent research consultant after fifteen years of employment by a number of research and consulting firms, including Holen North America, Ruder and Finn, Planmetrics, Inc., and the Vera Institute of Justice.
