   #2 Network Learning - Marc Russell provides two invaluable services. First of all, when I needed time with ATM gear and ISDN, Marc provided that gear for a fair price. I would not have been as comfortable with either of these technologies without the rack time Marc provided.

   You can learn enough VOIP and ATM without having the equipment by renting some rack time from Marc, but you really need the rest of this equipment to have a good chance.

   I just wanted to let everyone know about my positive experience with Marc Russell and Network Learning. I needed some practice with various ISDN backup scenarios and don't have a switch in my Lab, so I called Marc and asked to rent rack 2 for a day. The rack was not in production yet, but Mark worked with me anyways and offered high quality gear at a fair price. No, I don't work with or even know Mark, I am just a happy paying customer, and he is the only one I know who offers ATM gear and a Cat5K at reasonable rates.

   It is very difficult to create complex scenarios to test yourself, and Marc has done a brilliant job in researching various "gotchas" and "tricks" to keep you on your toes. None of the Exams were as straight forward as they seemed on the first reading, which is exactly the case with the real Lab Exam also. Lab 8 especially included some extremely complex scenarios, and I learned a lot from this Lab including some configurations that I had never found properly documented.
   
   I bought the Labs and used my own equipment to implement them which worked well, although for anyone without access to a large Lab I feel sure the virtual Lab that Marc provides would be great hands-on experience. This is especially the case now that Marc offers ATM equipment and this can be difficult to get your hands on otherwise.

   I purchased Labs 1-8 from Marc and found that all Lab scenarios and solutions were carefully documented.
