As Director of Technology, Gabriel Ruiz is involved in the deployment of advanced technologies through new products and services. Gabriel keeps himself at the cutting edge of the industry through attaining knowledge through top of the line training on a constant basis.

Gabriel graduated with Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas.

He has completed a number of Cisco and Microsoft certification, including MCSE NT4 Microsoft Certified Engineer, MCSE Messaging 2000, CCNP Cisco Certified Network Professional, CCDP Cisco Certified Design Professional and CCSP Cisco Certified Security Professional among others.

As Director of Marketing, Adhys Izquierdo oversees all marketing activities for the company's products and services. She is responsible for developing and executing ADX Technologies' overall marketing strategy, positioning and branding nationwide.

Prior to joining ADX, Adhys spent 6 years working for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in a healthcare sales capacity. Prior to that, she worked for a multinational firm in procurement and market analysis.

She holds a graduate degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Miami.

Adhys is a very active member of her community and was involved with the Coral Gables Emergency Management board. She is a CrimeWatch block captain. Adhys is also a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and serves as a vestry member in her church.
