  Renzo recalled what Eurodoc activities took place after Athens.The list is largely identical with what has already been communicated via the monthly Board reports.Decision on handling of further invitations to represent Eurodoc: In case Eurodoc is to decide on how to be represented during a particular event, preference will be given to persons that are or were on the org list but in case none of these people will be available, members of member organisations might be sent instead if the board agrees.
  
  B) STATUTES OF EURODOC
  
  Introduction by Renzo on the historical background of the registration process in Brussels.In order to become eligible for European funding, it is urgent for Eurodoc to be officially registered.So it is a priority of the Board to send to the Belgian authorities a version that is compliant with the Belgian law, while minor amendments of the charter can continue to be discussed and eventually put into practice by official amendments at future Annual Meetings.Now, the current draft version of the Statutes is available in the file archive of the eurodoc-org list.
  
  On June 23, Renzo will send a message to the org list with a commented version of the current draft (1.0).

  Then, after the translation to French has been finished, a vote on the final (French) version will be done from July 26-28 so that the ratification by the three Board members Renzo, Tomas and Daniel who will finally send it to the Belgian authorities at the beginning of August.

  The guidelines for the working groups shall include that the coordinators will be asked to state their commitment by Renzo and state that they have to deliver clear statements within one year.

  After some contacts with the Organizers and with the European Commission, it was possible to set up a better profile: President Siegler will deliver a 15-minutes talk during the Workshop: "Taking into consideration the profession/career of a researcher within the administrative systems: is there a need for an European regulatory framework?", and Vice-President Rubele will also take part in the Conference.
