Rousseau moved to the US in 1996 to attend the University of Connecticut where she obtained a BA in International Relations.She then moved to Washington, DC to work for StarCapital Corp., an Investment bank specializing in Oil, Gas and Natural Resources and worked with the Central Asian division.Natacha then worked for the United States-Azerbaijan Council, one of the first organizations founded and dedicated to improving political, economic, cultural and educational ties between the US, Azerbaijan and Central Asia.In June, 2003, Natacha took on the position of representative/publicist for a Dutch Artist, Wouter Veripps, and worked in Amsterdam and France.
