Once they understand the significance of the organization's standards, "employees know not only the behavioral expectations, but also that everyone else has the same set of expectations," says Mickie Rousseau, human resources director at Thibodaux (La.) Regional Medical Center.

Terrebonne General Medical Center (TGMC) is pleased to announce Mickie Rousseau has been named Director of Human Resources.

Rousseau earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nicholls State University.

Rousseau has an extensive background and experience in human resources.She previously served as the Director of Human Resources at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center for seven years.

"I am very excited about the opportunity to be a part of the TGMC Team," said Rousseau.
