Samuel Rothenberg

Samuel Rothenberg of Sun City West died June 2 , 2000.He was 78.

He was born in Syracuse , N.Y..He was a professor at Syracuse University of New York for 40 years and a member of Beth Emeth Congregation of the Northwest Valley.He served in the U.S. Navy Pacific Theater of War in World War II.

Survivors include his wife , Shirley ; stepsons , David Goot of Phoenix and Michael Goot of South Carolina ; brothers , Lewis and Joseph ; seven grandchildren ; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services were held in Syracuse , N.Y. Arrangements were by Sinai Mortuary.
