Robin Roth, M.S., is a Health Educator and tenured faculty member in Health Education and Community Health Studies at City College of San Francisco.She directs the Elder Abuse Alert project developing curricula to increase detection and reporting of elder abuse by frontline allied health personnel such as Emergency Medical Technicians & Paramedics, Health Care Interpreters, Community Health Workers, Aides, etc. Curricula will be available as training materials, as tech-enhanced and online courses.Ms. Roth teaches CCSF's introduction to gerontology course, Health and Aging, as well as Women's Health Issues, Hepatitis ABCs, and other courses.

Robin Roth, M.S., is a health educator and tenured faculty member at City College of San Francisco in the Health Science and Women's Studies Departments.She teaches CCSF's course on Hepatitis A, B, C, is a certified Hepatitis C Educator, and previous co-facilitator of a Hepatitis C Support Project support group.Robin has been a speaker for Quan Yin Healing Arts HCV Certificate for Acupuncturists, and the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.She created the CCSF's Women's Health classes, and is cofounder of CCSF's HIV/STD Education Certificate Program.Robin used meditation, acupuncture, herbs, and Qigong/Tai Chi, as well as Western medicine to cure her hepatitis C. She continues to use meditation and holistic health methods to heal her liver and maintain health and well-being.

She believes that good health is the foundation of happiness, and that everyone can learn the knowledge and skills to improve their health and the health of their families, contributing to the health of our communities and nation.

Ms. Roth is a member of the Women's Health Educators Network, Women's Health Rights CoalitionTeleconference Educator/Speaker, and Women's Health series, University of Texas.She is a former Board Member of the Min An Health Center, Women's AIDS Network, and San Francisco Women's Health Center.Ms. Roth is also listed in "Who's Who in American College Teachers".

Ms. Roth is coauthor of "Safe Natural Remedies for the Discomforts of Pregnancy".

In her leisure time, Ms. Roth enjoys Yoga, Qigong, gardening, reading, and hiking.
