Carl U.J. Rossetti is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy and President of Time Warner Cable Voice Services.In this position, Rossetti oversees the Digital Phone business and is responsible for developing and launching new products, new businesses and new services for Time Warner Cable.Prior to this, Mr. Rossetti served as Executive Vice President, overseeing the management of Time Warner Cable's systems in Upstate New York, Ohio, Wisconsin and Indiana.
In October of 1986, Rossetti was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Time Warner Cable.During his 12 years in that position his responsibilities included being interim CEO of Road Runner, being interim CEO of Time Warner Cable Telecom, overseeing of all Time Warner Cable's international investments and negotiating non-cable and vendor agreements including acquisitions, mergers and disposition of assets.He was a board representative for Sega Channel, Parentime, Road Runner, Time Warner Telecom, Sky New Zealand, PrimeStar and various other Time Warner domestic and international investments.
Rossetti joined Time Warner Cable in 1976 as Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Cable's Oceanic division in Honolulu, Hawaii.From there he became the division president of Time Warner Cable's Portland, Maine division in 1984.There he was responsible for the operation of a 75,000-subscriber cable system.
He earned his BA in Accounting (1970) and his MBA (1975), both at Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii.
