On August 28, 2007, the BBB Board of Directors of voted to revoke the membership of this company due to failure to uphold membership Standard # 3, which states, "Supply background information about the company, its principals or other information deemed essential to the Bureau's responsibility to provide inquirers with factual reports that bear on the reliability of the business," and Standard #14, which states, "Support the values and mission of the Better Business Bureau and not engage in activities that reflect unfavorably on the Bureau and its members: a) generally sell products or provide services that positively impact the quality of life in our community; b) present full and responsible advisories to alert consumers about potentially offensive, harmful or dangerous products made available to the public at their place of business or online; c) and whose business practices are such that the public is treated ethically, equally and honestly; d) other activities such as a pattern of lawsuits and/or judgments that reflect on the company's reputation.
