  Zeltex designs and sells Near-IR analyzers through exclusive dealerships.The company has been selling in Russia for the past four years.Zeltex started out by finding a distributor which can be done through trade shows in the US or Western Europe, through the Internet, by advertising a product in Europe, or by checking with complimentary companies for recommendations.
  
  Once located, the distributor's contract is signed (in English which is set as the final language).US dollars are the currency, the court of jurisdiction is in the US, there is an "out" clause, and there is a bonus commission for cash in advance.
  
  In contracts with customers, no purchase orders are honored from Russia - all orders are through a contract in both Russian and English, a stated jurisdiction, with sealed signatures and the terms are cash in advance.
