Effective Monday, August 21, 2006, Carole Rosenberger has joined the Ricon team as Director of Quality Assurance. Carole comes to Ricon with an extensive background of quality management experience. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Her most recent tenure was with Kavlico Corporation, where she was responsible for Advanced Quality Planning in developing production lines for Chrysler, Detroit Diesel and Volkswagen. She has also led companywide initiatives including corrective action improvements, Quality systems software implementation, and quality related personnel training. Carole will be responsible for the development and implementation of inspection criteria, procedures and frequencies. She will use her training experience to further enhance the staff knowledge of and commitment to building Quality into every product we make.
