Transconscam is the work of an individual known as Bill Rosenberger. Our site is not intended to attack Mr. Rosenberger but it is to advise you of the fact that he has a history of legal problems and mental instability (see report about Rosenberger below).

There is one thing that all the many companies listed on his site have in common. Not one of those companies has ever been found guilty of any crime. In the age of government regulation where companies such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Toys R Us, IBM, and AT&T have been the targets of government action (This in no way alleges that the named companies are bad, just that it is hard to do business without having some government issues today), Mr. Rosenberger has chosen 100 companies that have not had one action against them.

Mr. Rosenberger claims on his site that it is the work of a dedicated bunch of investigators called VAMS (Victims Against Modeling Scams). On it he (either on his own behalf or on the behalf of VAMS) makes the following claims:

That Transcontinental Talent is an international scam and thus anyone who has ever been affiliated with the company (about 5000 employees) must be a scam artist.

That the Mayor of Orlando is in on the scam because he failed to "prosecute" it.

That the Attorney General of Florida is part of the conspiracy because he has not shut the company down.
    ...
Mr. Rosenberger gets around this by an old sales trick called "citing a higher authority". He fabricated transcripts of media reports (not that some listed companies have not had some media attention) or creates official looking court documents to show "evidence" of his conclusions. He also finds employees of the companies that might have had unrelated legal problems in their past (some of them are decades old) and uses that information to "prove" that the entire organization must be a scam.

Mr. Rosenberger has good reason to hide. If he were to reveal his identity as the author of the site he would immediately be hit by dozens of slander suits. (He has already had at least one judgment against him in absentia). If what he was saying was true, namely that all these companies are scams being chased by the authorities, he should have no problem revealing his identity and taking on all comers. Instead Mr. Rosenberger chooses to hide behind the secrecy of the Internet. Yahoo and other hosting companies have refused to host his site so he hosted it oversees to avoid U.S. prosecution.

By far the Largest Target of Mr. Rosenberger is Lou Pearlman and his Trans Continental Talent Company.

    About Bill Rosenberger

Recently an investigative agency collected background information on Mr. Rosenberger. They followed him around and even had people approach and speak with him. This is what they found:

Rosenberger is about 38 years old, overweight, unshaven and might not be considered attractive. He is very reclusive. Generally stays in his home seldom leaving his house.

Rosenberger lived in San Francisco until early 2003 when he moved into his fathers house in Kansas for financial reasons. He has a history of being fired from jobs and does some sporadic computer work.

When approached he was very suspicious and refused to engage agents unless they were attractive females. With females he will slowly open up and start talking. Rosenberger chain smokes and will drink solidly for hours. As he drinks he becomes more open and talkative.

After sending several email correspondences and trading phone calls he will also open up to strangers on the phone. When speaking on the phone it sounds like he is chain smoking and drinking. After a couple of hours he becomes less coherent.

He is utterly consumed by Lou Pearlman's company and everyone associated with it. Once he begins to talk about it he won't stop. He will ramble for hours about how the company is part of a wide conspiracy involving terrorists, government agencies, the city or Orlando and thousands of "players". Any skepticism expressed by an agent makes him angry almost to the point of violence. He will become belligerent and accuse the interviewer as being part of the conspiracy. Even simple questions are met with hostility.

When he talks about the company his entire persona changes. He goes from being a mild almost meek individual to an arrogant angry person.

Rosenberger firmly believes that he will "bring down" anyone affiliated with the company and that we will then be lauded as the hero. He believes that he will be internationally recognized as a champion of the public once his work is revealed. He brags that reporters and government agencies are always calling him and complementing his work. He says that the agencies are "begging" him to come work for them. He feels he could be an FBI or CIA agent.

In one session he talked to a female agent about how the Mossad contacted him to acknowledge the quality of his work. He was bragging about how once his work became known every agency in the world would be knocking at his door. He also claimed that all the major networks and newspapers are begging him to work for them.

Once he accepts you in his inner circle he warns that you must be careful. He will always take alternate routes home convinced he is being tailed. He will use phony names even when buying groceries or going to a movie. He always checks under the hood of his car for explosives before starting it. He is convinced that the "modeling group" has him targeted and will stop at nothing to destroy him.

When asked about the site he will flatly deny being its author, then he will leave hints to show he is the author. He will make a comment about something and then show it on the site the next day to prove that he was right. When asked how his information always appears on the site Rosenberger will become coy and just say that he is able to do things. He carries around a copy of "The Catcher in the Rye". He constantly tells people to read the book.

He believes that the site is viewed and believed by hundreds of thousands of people. He often brags that every news organization and law enforcement is anxiously waiting for the next post. He feels that anything on the site is believed without question. When he talks about the site he does so with reverence giving the site biblical proportions. Any discussion about an issue in his mind ends if the information is listed on the site. It is inconceivable to him that anything on the site can be wrong.

He then talks about a vast group of thousands of victims that are just waiting to do his bidding that are part of the site. He talks vaguely of an initiation process that the agent will soon be allowed to go to and then the agent will also be part of the group (VAMS as he calls them). Any suggestion that he is VAMS is met with extreme hostility. On several occasions Rosenberger claimed he was headed to a VAMS meeting only to be watched going home and not leaving for days.

A check into his background revealed a history of legal and mental problems.
