A. ROBERT ROSENBERGER Vice President, Human Resources
Robert Rosenberger was appointed vice president, human resources for the Mead Corporation in May 1997.
Mr. Rosenberger joined Mead in 1973 as administrative manager for the Paperboard Products division's Macon, Georgia, plant. He was later promoted to manager, human resources, for the division's Otsego, Michigan, mill and moved to Mead Packaging division as director of human resources planning in 1981. Mr. Rosenberger was named vice president of human resources for Mead Containerboard division, based in Atlanta, in 1991. He assumed the position of vice president, human resources, for Mead Packaging division in 1994 and was later named vice president, world wide organization development/human resources for Mead Packaging.
Prior to joining Mead, he worked in administration and operations with Gold Kist, Inc., and in sales with Union Carbide. Mr. Rosenberger received a bachelor's in marketing/business administration from the University of Florida.
