Yoav Rosenberg

This article was a review of the work of Jewish scholars, Doran Witztum, Eliyahu Rips and Yoav Rosenberg, of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hebrew University.

("Divine Authorship?", Biblical Review, October 1995, p.45) Three mathematical statisticians, Doron Witztum, Eliyahu Rips and Yoav Rosenberg of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hebrew University, discovered words encoded in the Genesis text that was humanly impossible!

In 1988 a paper was published by Doron Witztum, Eliyahu Rips and Yoav Rosenberg of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hebrew University on what was called "Equidistant Letter Sequences in the Book of Genesis."

In it three Israeli mathematicians, Dr. Eliyahu Rips of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Dr. Doron Witztum and Yoav Rosenberg of the Jerusalem College of Technology, described the results of an experiment in which the proximity of such sequences (ELSs) for related topics tended to be in closer proximity in the book of Genesis than in randomized re-orderings of that text.

B. 1988 Doron Witztum, Eliyahu Rips, and Yoav Rosenberg of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hebrew University had their paper entitled "Equidistant Letter Sequences in the Book of Genesis" published in the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society.

The original work was done by mathematical statisticians Doron Witztim, Eliyahu Rips, and Yoav Rosenburg of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hebrew University, and was first published in the eminent Journal of the Royal Statistical Society.

The original discovery of the equidistant letter sequence Bible Code was made in the late 1980's by Eliyahu Rips, Professor of Mathematics at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and physicist Doron Witztum and computer programmer Yoav Rosenberg, both doing their part of the research at the Jerusalem College of Technology.
