Steve Rosenberg, Regional Director of Operations

Mr. Rosenberg has managed Baja Sol Tortilla Grill operational systems since 1997. He oversees the daily operations of the corporate-owned Baja Sol Tortilla Grills as well as manages training and support for franchised Baja Sol Tortilla Grills.

Steve Rosenberg, Regional Director of Operations Strong franchisee support is a hallmark of the Baja Sol system. A veteran of the Fuddruckers' system, Mr. Rosenberg has managed Baja Sol Tortilla Grill operational systems since 1997. He brings that wealth of knowledge to our franchisees in training and support.

Baja Sol Restaurants Group rounds out the team with Champps and Leann Chin's veteran Roger Burks as our Vice President of Operations, Executive Chef Bill Roche who came to us after working for 3 years with Lettuce Entertain You! restaurants and 6 years with The Cheesecake Factory, and Regional Manager Steve Rosenberg who has been with Baja Sol since the beginning.
