Ms. Rosenberg's practice focuses on representation of clients involved in all aspects of a bankruptcy case, including debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and plan trustees.Recently, she has represented debtors JT Thorpe Company, Utex Industries, Inc., and Cooperheat-MQS, Inc., among others.She has a strong interest in bankruptcy-related appellate work and has participated in appeals reaching the Fifth and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Rosenberg's practice also focuses on bankruptcy implications and risks associated with the securitization of assets outside the bankruptcy process.She often assists the firm's Business Group on financial transactions, representing financial institutions and other lenders as well as borrowers in secured and unsecured credit transactions on bankruptcy issues.
During law school, Ms. Rosenberg was Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Law Review in 2001.
