Now in its 11th year, "SOAR started with a few kids and parents throwing a basketball around, with just a couple of teams," said Sammy Rosenberg, the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta's director for developmental disabilities programs.Rosenberg came on board at the JCC a year after SOAR's inception.
