   Paul Rosenberg is the founder and owner of FoodserviceProposals. Paul spent over twelve years in the foodservice industry as Communications Specialist at Better Brands, Inc. in Windsor, Connecticut. At Better Brands he was responsible for internal and external communications and marketing, which included the coordination, writing, editing, and production of numerous proposals and responses to RFPs. Among the many clients involved were the Department of Defense, the state of Connecticut, the Hartford Hospital Group, Apple Health Care, the University of Connecticut, the University of New Hampshire, Smith College, the Back Bay Restaurant Group, and numerous in-plant feeders, prisons, health care facilities and public and private schools and school systems. In 2001 he served as Director of Business Development at Eastern Paper of New England in Hamden, Connecticut.
   
   Paul Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and a Master of Arts degree in English from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut. From 2001 until May, 2005 he served as Associate Dean & Director of Distance Learning at Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut. He is currently an online adjunct faculty member at a variety of colleges and universities around the country including the University of Maryland, Southern New Hampshire University, the Florida Community College at Jacksonville, and Tunxis Community College and Charter Oak State College in Connecticut. He teaches a variety of courses including Writing for Business, Technical Writing, Writing for Managers, and Introduction to Literature.
