   Jeff Rosenberg is vice president, Human Capital, with responsibility for all Human Capital activities and initiatives throughout Uniprise. Jeff joined UnitedHealthcare in 1995 when it acquired MetraHealth, becoming vice president of Human Resources for the Customer Service Group and then for Uniprise.
   
   Jeff began his career as a management trainee with Manpower in Florida. In 1973 he secured a position as a personnel representative with RSR, a metal refinery in New York. He became the HR manager for one of their facilities in 1975. In 1978 he joined Container Corporation of America as an HR manager, and then moved through various HR functions. He assumed a generalist assignment as the HR person for several corporate departments and then as the HR head for one of the regional businesses. When Container Corporation was sold in 1986, Jeff joined Union Special as the head of HR.
   
   In 1990, he joined The Travelers as director of Human Resources for MCEBO's Field Claim Organization. In 1993 he became division vice president, and in 1995, when MetraHealth was formed, he became vice president of Human Resources for all non-HMO businesses. Jeff graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor's degree in communications. For several years he was a preseason scout and free agent signer for the Denver Broncos.
