Jay is a member of Ksixteen's finance team, focusing on charter school financing.He joined Edison Schools in June of 2000, and continues to work on a variety of corporate finance tasks for Edison in addition to his work for Ksixteen.From 1994-1997, Jay worked in the Office of the Mayor in New York City, concentrating on finance and economic development as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Deputy Mayor for Finance and Economic Development.Prior to his time in public service, Jay worked as an attorney with the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in the area of general commercial litigation.Jay has a BA with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania and JD and MBA degrees from Columbia University, where he was an editor of the Law Review and on the Dean's List for Columbia Business School. - (Contact Jay A.
