Mr. Rosenberg was born in Newton, Massachusetts on February 17, 1971.He attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated with honors and obtained his B.A. in 1993.
Mr. Rosenberg attended Suffolk University School of Law and Suffolk University School of Management, where he was a Business Law Fellow and graduated with honors.He obtained both his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration in 1997.He was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in October, 1997.
Before joining Dunlap & Moran, P.A., Mr. Rosenberg worked as in-house counsel to mortgage.com and most recently spent more than four years in Naples, Florida, providing both transactional and litigation advice to a variety of clients including individuals, builders, sub-contractors and developers.Mr. Rosenberg was also an adjunct member of the faculty and taught at Florida Metropolitan University.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Sarasota County Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association, Real Property Section of the Florida Bar, is licensed to practice in all state courts within the State of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Person.
