   Anyone whose office is in a tall building should insist that management schedule regular evacuation drills , says Irvine attorney Keith Rosenbaum.
   
   My previous office was on the 15th floor ; we had drills two times a year , he says. I was my floor's fire marshall , and I'd pull out my orange vest. Everyone made fun , but , looking back , I'm glad we did that..
