   Jack Rosen - Chairman and CEO Infu-Tech Chairman and CEO Jack Rosen is also chairman and CEO of Infu-Tech's parent company, Kuala Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare services internationally. He has written extensively on American healthcare policy, and is an authority on managed healthcare as well as the changing needs of our elderly population. Mr. Rosen serves on the Board of Directors of United Medical Industrial Group, and Long Island University's School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.    Mr. Rosen's wide array of business interests include ventures operating throughout the United States and Europe. He is active in the government arena and involved in international relations. He was a delegate to the 1996 Panama Conference of the Organization of the American States, and has met with the leaders of numerous countries in Eastern Europe and the Persian Gulf, in addition to Israel, Russia and China.
