   H. Morton Rosen is a lawyer practicing in Baltimore, Maryland since 1956 and who earned his degree at the University of Maryland. He is a member of American and Baltimore City Bar Association, a Member of the Board of Directors for the B. Green and Company, inc., and a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He also was an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1961, as well as an Arbitrator for the New Jersey Mediation since 1961, and conciliation Service and for the National Mediation Board since 1979. He was also an Arbitrator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since 1961.
   
   His previous State Commission and Task Forces were as a Member of Advisory Board of Directors for Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund from 1973 to 1990, a Member of Task Force on Maryland Automobile Insurance, Vice Chairman of Governors Special Advisory Commission on Professional Sports, 1984 to 1990. He was a Member of the Mayors Commission on Alcoholism- 1959 to 1961, and a Member of Marauding Home Improvement Commission from l961-l984. Mr. Rosen is the former President of Golden Eagle Square and Compass Club, a member of the Arcana Masonic Lodge and the Beth Tfiloh Congregation.
   
   He is the owner of a breeding and training center for thoroughbred horses, Benray Farm, and owner of two other farms engaged in raising all type of crops: Rae Ben Farm and Jan R. Farm. Mr. Rosen has a keen interest in historical preservation and promotion of the office of the Presidency.
